USA Consumption of Recycled Fiber Up

The AF&PA recently reported that recycled fiber consumption in the USA was 2.5Million tons in November, an increase of 0.9% vs. last month and an increase of 0.8% vs. 2008. This trend is expected to continue.

I think the USA paper industry does a poor job at communicating just how good a job they actually do on recycling waste - both before and after the end users recycles paper. Modern mills are very good at recycling mill broke / waste and end user disguarded papers.
