Domtar Announces Pulp Price Increase

Domtar, following the Alberta-Pacific price increase announcement, said it would raise NBSK pup prices by $30/ton, to $680. The change is effective June 1...... we will see how successful this is.

You mean July 1, but I am sure anyone reading your post understood the error. I think it will hold for a few months. Inventories really shrunk in the past 90 days or so we are told. You would know best if that were true. I deal with loggers and timber companies and they are grateful to see a uptick in demand. Many have been siting idle, cut back on starvation quotas or told not to deliver at all.
